Caradon Trail 4th Anniversary Walk

Brian Oldham 10:30 AM Saturday 04 March

It is 4 years since the opening of the popular walking, horse riding and cycling trail stretching from Lamellion to the South West to Starabridge to the North East across our delightful corner of Cornwall.

To mark the occasion, Brian Oldham of Liskeard’s Walkers are Welcome is inviting walkers to join him on a circular route starting from St Cleer Car Park (behind the church) at 10.30am on Saturday 4th March, St.Piran’s weekend. We will follow the Trail for 3 miles along the lanes to Minions where there will be a lunch stop for 30 minutes, then back to St Cleer via the old railway track and Trethevy Quoit, another 3 miles making 6 miles in total.

If 6 miles is too much, you can join us for the first half and arrange your transport back from Minions, or join us at Minions for the second half.

Please ensure you wear shoes and clothing to suit the conditions, dogs must be on leads at all times and be prepared for a few short history stops along the way.
